A Women's Spring Equinox workshop to mark the arrival of the new astrological year, a threshold of initiation and new beginnings.

This this is an opportunity to learn about the major cosmical themes of the year ahead, connect with our personal birth chart and gain insight into how the year's astrological events influence different areas of our lives.

We'll be guided through how to align our intentions with the archetypal energies of the shaping year and how to find grounding and empowerment during times of change.

We then will be taken on a conscious dance movement journey to embody these insights, connect with what wish to move through and give shape to what wants to arise.

this is an invitation to get clear on your desires, intentions and to dance this new direction into being.

To anchor the experience, we'll be invited to create a simple piece of art - a symbolic reminder of our vision and intention for the year ahead.
