Women's Shamanic Drum Circle & Creative Writing

A warm monthly circle for women to connect through rhythm and expression — a lovely way of spending the evening in community through music and creativity.

We begin with drumming, move into intuitive writing, and close with a friendly circle of fruit, tea, and gentle sharing.

Shamanic drumming gently calms the nervous system while also enlivening the body’s natural vitality, helping us feel grounded and energised at the same time.
